Information only
The site describes our services and early-access plans. It is not an offer that can be accepted online. Every engagement and subscription is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.
Prices
Prices shown are indicative starting prices and exclude GST and other taxes. The final price is agreed in writing before any work starts. Features marked "coming soon" are on our roadmap and are not available yet. Team plans are offered as early access.
Sample material
The product screens and demo videos show a sample job with illustrative data. They are not results from a real client.
Authorised testing only
We test only systems that the client owns or is authorised to test, and only within the scope signed in the engagement agreement. Please do not ask us to test systems you are not authorised to test.
Intellectual property
The ReleaseSure name, logo, mascot, text, images and videos on this site belong to us. You may link to the site and share it, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
