Privacy policy
This policy explains what information ReleaseSure ("we") collects through this website and through client engagements, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. ReleaseSure is based in Pune, India.
This website
- No accounts, analytics or tracking cookies. The site does not ask you to sign in, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Enquiry form. If you use the form on our home page, we receive your name, email, company, the service you are interested in, your message and the price region you were viewing. Our hosting provider (Netlify) stores the submission and emails it to us. We use it only to reply and to discuss a possible engagement, and we delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 12 months.
- Region preference. If you choose ₹ India or $ Global, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Fonts and hosting. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the site is served by our hosting provider. Like any web server, these may record your IP address and browser details in their logs under their own privacy policies.
- Email and calls. If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and to discuss a possible engagement.
Client engagements
When you engage us, a signed agreement and NDA set out what we may access and how we handle it. In general:
- We test only the environments and hosts you authorise in writing, and we ask for staging or UAT rather than production.
- Test logins are kept in memory for the run, passed to tests as named variables and masked in logs, reports and testbanks.
- Our agents use third-party AI model providers to plan and carry out tests. Information about your application that the agents read during a run (pages, API responses, documents you share) is sent to those providers for processing. Test login values are never written into what we send them, and are masked if they appear in a test's output.
- We keep reports, testbanks and evidence for as long as the agreement says, and delete them on request when the engagement ends, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (email, website hosting and forms, AI model providers), with your consent, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, you may ask us to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email hello@releasesure.com and we will respond within 30 days.
